How do I earn Bunny Coins?
You earn Bunny Coins by playing Classic and Premium games. The number of coins depends on your score. Classic games have a daily limit and a lower coin cap than Premium games.
What are Bunny Codes?
Bunny Codes unlock a Premium Game session. They can be obtained from Bunny Dubai partners or as rewards. Each code can only be used once.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete account. Your account will be anonymised (your display name is replaced with 'Deleted Bunny') and you will be signed out. Financial records are retained as required by law.
How do I download my personal data?
Go to Settings → Download my data. A JSON file containing your profile, preferences, consent history, transactions, rewards and purchases will be downloaded.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Toggle the 'Send me offers and news' checkbox in Settings → Preferences. Changes take effect immediately.
How do I update my email or password?
Go to Settings → Change email or Settings → Change password. Email changes require a confirmation link.
